Start with exact model references
List every model number you want reviewed and separate the quantity for each model. Product photos alone can be ambiguous, especially when shells, peaks or trims look similar.
Add the destination market and intended sales channel. This gives the supplier useful context before discussing configurations and documentation.
Define the commercial scope
Share an estimated order quantity, target timing and whether you need a standard product or private-label development. If the order includes several colors or sizes, show the expected split.
Attach a clear customization brief
Identify logo positions, graphic direction, color references, labels and packaging needs. Mark which details are essential and which can follow the supplier's standard approach.
